Shipping and Returns

At EarthWell Collective, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Here's exactly how shipping, returns, and our satisfaction guarantee work.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. U.S. orders ship free. Canadian shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Transit times:
U.S.: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS
Canada: 7–14 business days

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, email us at  janice@earthwellcollective.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at janice@earthwellcollective.com. Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. No need to return damaged items.

Unopened Returns (Within 30 Days)

Changed your mind? We accept returns of unopened product within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

The bottle seal is intact
Original packaging is included
The item is in resalable condition

To start a return, email janice@earthwellcollective.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is at your expense.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No restocking fees.

90-Day Empty Bottle Guarantee

We stand behind our formula. If you've taken EarthWell Collective and don't feel a meaningful difference, you can request a full refund within 90 days of delivery — even if the bottle is empty.

To request a refund under this guarantee:

1. Email janice@earthwellcollective.com within 90 days of your original delivery date
2. Tell us briefly what you experienced and why you'd like to return
3. We'll issue a full refund of the product cost to your original payment method
4. No need to return the empty bottle

This guarantee is available one time per customer.
