At EarthWell Collective, your privacy matters to me. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have about your information when you visit earthwellcollective.com or purchase our products.

When you visit our site or make a purchase, we may collect:

- Payment information needed to process your order. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other approved third-party processors. We never see or store your full credit card number on our servers.

- Browsing information, automatically collected through cookies and similar technologies, including pages visited, time spent on the site, device type, browser type, IP address, and referring website
- Information you provide directly when you contact customer support or sign up for our newsletter

We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your orders, including coordinating with our fulfillment partners
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications

- Send marketing emails about new products, promotions, and wellness content — only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
EarthWell Collective does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws, you have the right to know we do not sell your personal information.
Information Sharing
We only share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts our store and processes transactions
- Payment processors — Shop Pay, PayPal, and approved credit card processors
- Fulfillment and shipping partners — companies we contract with to package and ship your order
- Email service provider — Klaviyo, used to send order confirmations and (if you've opted in) newsletters
These partners are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
We may also disclose your information when required by law, in response to valid legal requests, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).
